TSE's 30,000 square-foot electrodeposition coating facility features a 1,200-foot long line that takes parts to be coated through the coating process.

First , the parts are taken through an eight-stage pretreatment process designed to clean, etch, and seal each part effectively, economically, and efficiently with outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance using world renown PPG Chemfil products.

Second , the parts are immersed into 5,000 gallons of electrically-charged PPG Powercron 8000 followed by a three stage post rinse. Through this process a quality film is uniformnly adhered to the surface and then baked on at 370 F for 25 minutes.

Third, the parts are taken through an eight-stage pretreatment process designed to clean, etch, and seal each part effectively, economically, and efficiently with outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance using world renown PPG Chemfil products.
