TSE's 30,000-square-foot electrodeposition coating facility features a 1,200-foot-long line that takes parts to be coated through the coating process. First, the parts are taken through an eight-stage pretreatment process designed to clean, etch, and seal each part effectively, economically, and efficiently with outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance using world renowned PPG Chemfil products. Second, the parts are immersed into 5,000 gallons of electrically charged PPG Powercron 8000, followed by a three-stage post rinse. Through this process a quality film is uniformly adhered to the surface and then baked to complete this process. Third, the spring brake parts enter TSE's new Deimco MD500 Automated Spray Booth. This fully contained unit is loaded with eight automatic electrostatic guns which quickly and completely cover each part with Dupont epoxy powder coating. The coating is baked to finalize the process. For more information about TSE's triple coating process, download the For more information about TSE's coating services e-mail TSE de Mexico.
