Garrett Davis

We are excited to welcome Garrett Davis to TSE Brakes as our new Vice President of Engineering.

Garrett is a Licensed Professional Engineer and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama. He has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, beginning his career in forensic engineering, where he investigated commercial vehicle accidents in support of litigation matters.

Garrett spent more than a decade with Webb Wheel Aftermarket, where he advanced from Senior Product Engineer to Director of Engineering. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the development and launch of Webb’s Air Disc Brake product lines and served as co‑inventor of the patented 56094PK rotor design. In addition, he has led engineering and quality teams while supporting key manufacturing initiatives, including the development of Webb AFM’s brake drum balancing system.

As Vice President of Engineering, Garrett will be responsible for:

• Engineering strategy and execution across product development and sustaining engineering
• Driving innovation while improving quality, cost, and time‑to‑market
• Building strong engineering talent, processes, and cross‑functional collaboration
